Interconnect International is led by Sharon McKenna, who brings extensive experience working with organizational teams, corporations, community groups, and academic partners to support leadership development, collaboration, and future-focused planning.
Her work bridges corporate, community, and global contexts, creating practical approaches that help people work together more effectively while building shared direction and purpose.
