At Interconnect International (I³), our programs are designed to strengthen the human foundations of leadership, collaboration, and community. We create spaces where individuals and groups can reflect, connect, and work together to build the skills, relationships, and shared direction needed to move forward with purpose and impact.
Leadership
Hands on workshops discussing what leadership is, who I am as a leader and how to deepen my skills. Participants reflect on identity, values, and responsibility while developing practical leadership skills that can be applied in organizations, communities, businesses, and everyday life.
Team Development (Community@Work)
How do you cultivate your team for success? This program focuses on the human foundations of strong teams—connection, trust, communication, and shared purpose. Explore conducting regular meaningful practices that are rarely taught, yet they are critical to performance, collaboration, and the ability to exceed expectations together.
Strategy
How do you define your strategy for a business, a nonprofit, a community, a group? This program moves strategy out of the abstract and into practical action. Participants work together to clarify direction, identify priorities, and create meaningful, realistic plans—drawing on collective knowledge and, when appropriate, supported by artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Let’s get tactical and create meaningful plans using what we know together.
Organizational Visioning (Forming Futures)
Build community while creating your shared vision and the plan to reach it. Based in Appreciative Inquiry, this is a strengths-based approach for any number of participants to engage in bottoms-up development of a shared plan for the future. Rooted in Appreciative Inquiry, this strengths-based program engages participants in a collaborative, bottom-up process to imagine the future, identify what is already working, and co-create a clear plan for moving forward.
